Day at the Zoo

Ok..dad is getting a little slow at his posting duty - its been a few weeks now, but the other week I had my first adventure at the Philadelphia Zoo. Daddy and I met up with Dave, Jeannie, and Ellie.
It took us a little while to warm up to each other, but we ended up having a great time. We shared some time on a park bench... She showed me how to steer a pop-pop by his ears...and, oh yeah, we got to see lots of neat animals! I even showed off my elephant trumpet a few times. We also shared a few quick kisses at lunch time...but don't tell her dad ;-) We were too quick for the cameras on those - but who knows, maybe there will be more opportunities in the future!
