Happy Mother's Day! - Sierra Wk 18

Mother's Day weekend started out with a great surprise for Sierra and me.  On Friday Momma cut out of work early so that we could all go play in the park together.  We had lots of fun.  Daddy helped me dig in the sand box.
While Sierra worked on her standing skills.  Can you believe how strong Sierra's little legs are?
I also showed Momma my favorite new game - "Flush the bird".  Can you guess which of my sisters taught me this one?  Daddy loves it because it guarantees that I am tuckered out by the end of our play time!
I wasn't the only one sharing new games.  Momma took Sierra on her first slide ride and her first ride on the big swings.  Sierra tells me she is still deciding if she liked the slide and swing.
The park wasn't the only fun we had this weekend.  On Saturday morning Momma and I went to our gymnastics class again.  I made great progress on the big trampoline, letting Ms. Melinda do "popcorn" with me for the first time.  I wasn't too thrilled, but it might be okay after a while.  But what I did enjoy was playing on the new rocking toy!

After gymnastics we headed home to find Nanny and Grampy playing with Sierra.  We were so happy to see them.  Nanny brought out this beautiful smile from Sierra.
On Sunday we all celebrated Mother's Day together.  I made Momma's day by wishing her a "Happy Mommy's Day".  I saved saying it for the first time just for her.  She was so happy!  Daddy also made her smile by sneaking beautiful flowers in while she wasn't looking on Saturday.  Later in the morning Nanny, Grampy and Dad-mom came over and we all went to lunch to celebrate the Mom's.  It was a great day.  Love and hugs to all the Mom's out there!
