This week brought a bit of sadness and more sleeplessness to Momma and Daddy. My littlest sister has gotten so strong and so capable of rolling around that the days of the swaddle are gone. Momma was in denial but when she came into Dakota's room and found her like this... she finally had to accept the facts!
So hello sleep sacks!

Daddy of course took this all in stride. As he did last week when Momma headed back to work. Daddy didn't miss a beat - he can manage the three of us and still make dinner! We do have a super Dad!
All these adjustments didn't keep us from having a great time celebrating the 4th of July. We all had lots of fun at GiGi and PopPops party, even with the heat. Tazz looked for some shade...
A great time was had by all...
And then came the actual 4th of July. We celebrated by taking in a concert at our local park. It was great fun to get to stay up late and dance the night away.
