This week marked the start of my soccer career - Momma and Daddy both hope it will be a long one! I took my first practice at a park in Washington Crossing. It was a mixed group of girls and boys ages 3 - 5. Momma had a great time taking pictures - of course =+)
We practiced dribbling skills...
and other ball control skills.
Sierra took notes from the sidelines.
Meanwhile, Dakota slept.
Sierra had so much fun at soccer that she just couldn't contain herself when we made it home. So she turned into a bouncing Tigger jumping all over the house!
Sierra wasn't the only person getting excited this week about new skills. Momma and Daddy had a great moment when Sierra grabbed my hand as we were playing outside and convinced me to play ring around the rosey with her. If you've ever been to our house you know that a kid can outlast an adult at ring around the rosey any day of the week...
Not to mention we had a good game of chase...

And since Dakota isn't quite mobile yet - Momma took these pictures of her to mark the week.
Amazing to realize she will be two months old next week. And on a side note from Momma - Dakota had her second night of sleeping from 10:30pm until ~ 6am. This too excited Momma.
